A class for all body types seeking to tone, lift, and strengthen. We will work our core muscle groups -- abdominals and obliques, biceps and triceps, quadriceps and the wonderful gluteus maximus -- in a fun, safe class using props such as small weights, yoga blocks, and folding chairs.
We end each workout with a yoga-based stretch. No matter where you are on your journey, this class will leave you feeling stronger, more aware of your body, and more energized. Every body welcome! No experience needed. Wear comfortable layers. Sneakers are not necessary, but you are welcome to wear clean indoor shoes. And don't forget your water bottle!
