Intro to Yoga Nidra - April 27, 5:15 pm - Sterling College Simpson Hall Room 1958 - Judy Springer - Yoga nidra is an integrative style of yoga that promotes deep relaxation through a meditative practice geared to restore the body and quiet the mind. Learn techniques for using yoga nidra to improve your resiliency, stress levels and sleep quality. This class is suitable for all levels. Dress warmly in loose-fitting clothes (even your pajamas!) and bring a mat or blanket to lie on, a blanket or sleeping bag to cover yourself, and an optional eye pillow or scarf.
Craftsbury University offers free classes taught by your neighbors on a variety of topics. Classes are scheduled between April 15 and May 19.
