This fall, "Talk of the Porch"-- a discussion group led by local writers, Stark Biddle and Julia Shipley-- will continue to ponder the fictitious prose published by the New Yorker, both their current short stories, as well as classics from their archives. The group (free, open to anyone) will meet on the first two Mondays of the month beginning in October.
